The Prairie Fund

Proud parents of two TPS graduates, Chris and Jill Osiecki know the value of a Prairie education. Our school, along with a number of other community organizations, has been the fortunate beneficiary of the Osiecki family’s philanthropic spirit, and we are grateful that they have chosen to continue supporting Prairie by announcing the Helping Hand Challenge. Now you can help us unlock a $10,000 gift for the 2018 Prairie Fund.

The Helping Hand Challenge is simple:

All gifts made between now and Friday, November 30th will be matched 1-to-1 by Chris and Jill Osiecki.

The match lasts until we reach $10,000 during the challenge period.

Your $25 or $100 gift now becomes a $50 or $200 gift.

The Prairie

Fund

Gifts to the Prairie Fund make it possible to develop our scholars, artists, athletes, and leaders in a number of important, impactful ways. Prairie Fund dollars supply our robotics team with building supplies, enhance our annual World Language Week and Multicultural Fair, and buy uniforms for our athletic teams, your donations directly affect every experience and leadership opportunity offered to our students.

The

Importance

of Possibility

Like every private and independent school, Prairie relies on the philanthropy of our donors to balance the budget. Our academic, arts, athletic, and co-curricular programs – they are all supported by the Prairie Fund. Without the generosity of our alumni, parents, and faculty, the very elements that shape and define the Prairie experience would not be possible for our students.

Because of the

Prairie Fund:

Below are just a handful of opportunities and experiences made possible by the Prairie Fund.

Prairie Faculty Giving

Faculty 100%

In the fall of 2018 – for the 5th consecutive year – 100% of Prairie's full-time faculty members at Prairie made a gift in support of the Prairie Fund. What truer sign of pride -- what greater show of support for Prairie’s mission and students?

Won't you join us?

Participation

Matters!

Your voice and your philanthropy matter. From October 5 through November 30, 2018, our parent campaign volunteers will be asking other Prairie parents to join them and see the powerful difference we can make when we come together. Your involvement is our goal, and every classroom or advisory with 100% participation -- regardless of gift size -- will be treated to an ice cream party at the end of the first semester. Visit this page often to check your grade's giving status!
