Aliya Pitts, Chief Advancement Officer
Mrs. Pitts comes to Prairie with more than a decade of experience as an advancement professional and educational administrator. She began her career at Chicago’s Lighthouse for the Blind, then worked for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, the consulting firm of Ter, Molen, Watkins & Brandt and most recently as the Vice President of Advancement at St. Catherine’s High School.
With expertise in creating high-functioning teams, developing long-term strategic plans, building partnerships, and a clear history of measurable growth and success Aliya is a great match for our institution. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Smith College and her entire elementary and secondary education took place in independent schools. She is actively engaged in the Racine community and currently serves on the University of Wisconsin-Parkside’s Advisory Council.
